Our client, a full-service national Law firm, is actively seeking an Employment Partner to join their Labor & Employment practice group!
Handle all aspects of labor and employment defense litigation from inception through resolution Manage and supervise multiple attorneys and legal staff within a collaborative team environment Defend employers in a broad range of employment matters, including: Wage and hour disputes, Single-plaintiff and class/collective actions, Discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims Conduct and oversee appearances in both Federal and State courts Represent clients in investigations and proceedings before the U.S. Department of Labor, EEOC, State and local human rights agencies Provide strategic counseling and risk management advice to clients on employment-related matters Build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to the continued growth of the practice group
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of employment litigation defense experience Significant experience handling wage and hour matters and employment class actions Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, and management experience Strong litigation, analytical, and communication skills Experience managing complex employment matters in both Federal and State courts Admission to practice in New Jersey required Portable business is welcomed but not required
