Job Details
Responsibilities: 1. Drafting pleadings, motions, and appellate briefs. 2. Conducting legal research and analysis to develop legal strategies. 3. Taking and defending depositions. 4. Representing clients in court during trials and hearings. 5. Negotiating settlements and resolving disputes in the best interest of our clients. 6. Advising clients on complex business litigation matters. 7. Collaborating with other attorneys and support staff to ensure effective case management. 8. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal developments in the field of complex business litigation.
Qualifications: 1. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admission to the state bar. 3. 2+ years of experience in complex business litigation, specifically with breach of contract, trial, depositions, and legal writing. 4. Proven track record of successfully managing complex business litigation cases from inception through trial. 5. Exceptional legal research and writing skills. 6. Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills. 7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
