Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year

Job DetailsResponsibilities
- Handle insurance defense of architects and engineers.
- Manage construction and real estate litigation.
- Argue motions in state and federal courts.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Draft pleadings, dispositive and discovery motions, and appellate briefs.
Qualifications
- Bar Admissions: New Jersey required (bonus points for Pennsylvania or New York).
- 3+ years of litigation experience.
- Deposition and trial experience.
